NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-06882 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase, National Association, successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, FA, is the Plaintiff and Edward C. Wojcik, Irene C. Wojcik, Borghese at Hammock Bay Condominium Association, lnc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 101, BUILDING 6, OF BORGHESE AT HAMMOCK BAy, A CONDOMIniUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3676, PAGE 239, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
A/K/A 1430 BORGHESE LANE UNIT 101, NAPLES, FL 34114
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
