NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-00250 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Gerry W. Ross, Wendy Ross, Orange Tree Homeowners Association, Inc., PNC Bank, National Association successor in interest to National. City Bank, Waterways of Naples Homeowners Association, Inc., Tenant 1 n/k/a Robert Schoenherr, Tenant 2 n/k/a Luann Schoenherr, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31st day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 294, WATERWAYS OF NAPLES, UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 91 THROUGH 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
