NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 0904554CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWABS, INC., MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-1, Plaintiff, and, TODD D. KELLER, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at The Atrium, on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County, 3315 Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112, at the hour of 11:00 A.M. on the 29 day of October, 2012, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 19-B, THE COURTYARDS AT QUAIL WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2227 AT PAGE 1416, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
