TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS, EGRESS AND UTILITIES OVER AND ACROSS THE EAST 30.00 FEET OF THE WEST 651.00 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 4, LESS THE SOUTH 632.52 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE NORTH 25.00 FEET THEREOF.
