NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order dated October 1, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-006513 WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Jose Rojas; Unknown Spouse of Jose Rojas, N/K/A Theresa Rojas and Current Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on November 1, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Situate in the County of Pasco, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 151, PLEASURE ISLES, THIRD ADDITION, according to the Map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 28, as recorded in Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
