NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-001269ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and SUONG N. NGUYEN; OAK GROVE P.U.D. HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TU V. NGUYEN A/K/A TU VAN NGUYEN; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A MARILYN ROBERTS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 29th day of October, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 143, OAK GROVE PHASES 4B AND 5B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOK 50, PAGE (S) 98, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
