Begin at the Northwest corner of Tract 94, in Section 16, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 1, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and run South 89º48'10” East 155 feet; thence South 0º02'41” West 56.34 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence South 89º48'10” East 150 feet; thence South 0º02'41” West 15 feet; thence North 89º48'10” West 30 feet; thence South 0º02'41” West 129.42 feet; thence North 89º48'10” West 120 feet; thence North 0º02'41” East 144.42 feet to the Point of Beginning.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, FLORIDA FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, PLLC, whose address is 601 Cleveland Street, Suite 690, Clearwater, FL 33755, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, response due by November 12, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
