AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2006RZ2 was the Plaintiff and WAYNE FIELDS; ET AL. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 7th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
