NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-001472WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and ERIK J. VASQUENZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIK J. VASQUENZ IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 29th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, EXECUTIVE WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE(S) 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
