NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-006585-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC IMSC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-AR1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR1 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and LUCIA AMBS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUCIA AMBS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SOUTHSTAR FUNDING, LLC; BEACON WOODS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, BEACON WOOD VILLAGE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
