NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure dated January 7, 2011 and entered in Case No. 58-2009-001378 NC (C) of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-1 is Plaintiff and DIANA WILLIAMS; _, AS UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANA WILLIAMS; IF ANY; JOHN DOE OR ANY OTHER PERSON IN POSSESSION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; SUMMER WIND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF SARASOTA, INC.
