Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012 CA 5988 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein 47th Street Industrial Commercial Condominium Association, Inc. is the Plaintiff and David Branch and Leigh Branch are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash via foreclosure sale conducted via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on November 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UnitS 7 & 8, Phase 2, 47th Street Industrial Commercial Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records, as Instrument No. 1999129237-55 pages, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 33, pages 38-38A of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
