NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 24, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-000487-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1, is the Plaintiff and DONALD M. LEMOIE; SUSAN H. LEMOIE; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 1st day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
