NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 6, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-017037-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2005QA8 is the Plaintiff and HANI RIHAN AS TRUSTEE OF THE HANI RIHAN LIVING TRUST UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 11, 2007; JAMES CULMONE AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE HANI RIHAN LIVING TRUST UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 11, 2007; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE HANI RIHAN LIVING TRUST UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 11, 2007; HANI RIHAN; JAMES CULMONE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; NATIONAL CITY BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 2nd day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
