NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 31, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 016979 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANKUNITED, FSB is Plaintiff and RAY W. SIMMERS; NANCY ELIZABETH SIMMERS; JOHN DOE N/K/A MICHAEL CLARK; MARY DOE N/K/A DEVON CLARK AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; GALAXY CHEMICAL CORPORATION D/B/A GALAXY POOLS, A FLORDIA PROFIT CORPORATION; LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC., A FLORIDA NON-PROFIT CORPORATION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 29th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 202, BLDG3, LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2004247846, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2004247847, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
