NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 30th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-008484 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING L.P. is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA MERRELL; WILLIAM MERRELL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR UNITED MEDICAL BANK, FSB; JANET RILEY; RICHARD RILEY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 30 AND 31, BLOCK A, HOLIDAY HARBOR, UNIT 1, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
