NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 001407 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and STEVEN J. HOPPE A/K/A STEVEN JON HOPPE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN J. HOPPE A/K/A STEVEN JON HOPPE N/K/A KRISTINE HOPPE; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A ROBERT HOPPE, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 13th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1106, BLOCK , KENSINGTON PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT 9, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 48 AND 48A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
