NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 3, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 2009 CA 014830 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and LISA MOWREY; SEA CLUB II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 11/06/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 11-E, CONTINENTALS SEA CLUB 2, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1233, PAGES 73 THROUGH 123 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 10, PAGES 43, 43A THROUGH 43C AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
