NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 012706 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and WYATT G. WOLF A/K/A WYATT WOLF; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; VIRGINIA L. WOLF; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 30th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1329, 26TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
