NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 31st day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 013582 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF SAMI II 2006-AR6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR6 is the Plaintiff and CARSTEN RUEFFER; NATIONAL CITY BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTYY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 30th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1041, SARAOTA SPRINGS, UNIT NO. 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDD IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
