NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-025577 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and EARL E. BOGGS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00AM/2:00PM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclosure.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 1, ENCLAVE AT CITRUS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 58 THROUGH 62, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
