NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2011-CA-009196 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 31st day of October, 2012, at: 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 38, TEMPLE TERRACE, AT PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE NORTH 80.00 FEET, THENCE EAST 139.86 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 80.00 FEET, THENCE WEST 139.75 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
