Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on September 27, 2012, the Clerk will sell the real and personal property situated in Hillsborough County and Hernando County, Florida, described as:

All non-real and personal property, including all improvements, appurtenances, tangible property, incomes, secondary financing, proceeds, contract rights and accounts, name, and all other tangible and intangible property associated with the real property.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on November 15, 2012, beginning at 10:00 a.m., via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclosure.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
