NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 10-CA-002090 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC., Plaintiff, and, ANDERSON, DOUGLAS J., et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 29TH day of October, 2012, the following described property:
THE WEST 412.50 FEET OF THE EAST 1237.50 FEET OF THE SOUTH 528.00 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; SUBJECT TO EASEMENT IN FAVOR OF PUBLIC FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS RIGHT OF WAY AND UTILITY PURPOSES OVER THE SOUTH 30.0 FEET. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2003 FLEETWOOD MANUFACTURED HOME, ANNIVERSARY MODEL, WITH A WIDTH OF 30' AND LENGTH OF 76' AND SERIAL #'S 'GAFL335A88530EA21 AND GAFL335B88530EA21.
