THE WEST 412.50 FEET OF THE EAST 1237.50 FEET OF THE SOUTH 528.00 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; SUBJECT TO EASEMENT IN FAVOR OF PUBLIC FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS RIGHT OF WAY AND UTILITY PURPOSES OVER THE SOUTH 30.0 FEET.
