Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 1, PARK VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 2 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1994 HOMES OF MERIT, 28 X 66 MOBILE HOME, SERIAL NO.: FLHMBC58735304AB.
Property address: 2040 Park Village Drive, Ruskin, FL 33570.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash on the 2nd floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, at 10:00 AM (EST), on the 26th day of October, 2012.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
