NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012, entered in Case No. 08-CA-025462 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-FRE2 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Terry E. Benefield; Theresa L. Benefield; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Fremont Investment & Loan; are the Defendants, that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at,www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK 5, BUCKHORN HILLS UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
