NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment Foreclosure entered in Case No. 2012-CA-2783 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein CCP Bay CT, LLC, a Florida limited liability company is the Plaintiff and Gregory L. Hughes, Valerie Knowles Hughes, The Bank of Tampa, The United States of America, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, N.A., successor by merger to First Union National Bank, Primus Automotive Financial Services, Inc., The Solomon Law Group, P.A., f/k/a The Solomon Tropp Law Group, P.A., Governor's Place Homeowner's Association, Inc., Bay Cities Bank, Unknown Spouse, and Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in a sale at the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201, located at 800 East Twiggs Street in Tampa, Florida beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 7, 2012, described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
