Federal Home Loan Morgage Corporation, Plaintiff and PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JANE DOE (REFUSED NAME) AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; JOHN DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NKA JANATHAN ARIZMDE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN TENANTS CLAIMING INTEREST; JACKELINE VAQUERO; JOSE A. VAQUERO, ET AL, are defendants.
