YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you by Plaintiff, FIDELITY BANK OF FLORIDA, N.A., seeking foreclosure of the following real property:
Lot beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and run East 273 feet, Southwesterly 593 feet and North 526 feet to beginning, Section 35, Township 28 South, Range 19 East, all lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida; LESS road right-of-way and LESS additional road right-of-way for Sligh Avenue.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to J. Martin Knaust, Esq. or L.
