NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 8, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-017591 DIV. H of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES OOMC 2006-HE5,, is the Plaintiff and FRANK KUZNIAR; JUDITH KUZNIAR; SAND CANYON CORPORATION F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on November 1, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 BLOCK 4 TOWN N COUNTRY PARK UNIT NUMBER SEVEN, ACCORDING TO MAP OF PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, ON PAGE 36 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
