NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 20, 2012, and entered in 29-2010-CA-007216 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES INC, is the Plaintiff and MYRIAM CASTANO; PRIME ACCEPTANCE CORP; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR WILMINGTON FINANCE, A DIVISION OF AIG FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; ALAN D. HALL; DEBORAH L. HALL; JUDY ANDERSON; JACOB FRANZ DYCK A/K/A JACOB-FRANZ DYCK, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE BMW TRUST; LORENA BRAND; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). The North 100 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 58, of TERRACE PARK SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 2, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 4 of the Public Records of HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, LESS the following: Beginning at The Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 58, TERRACE PARK SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 2, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 4 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; run thence Easterly along the Northerly boundary of said Lot 1 a distance of 15.00 feet; thence Southwesterly to a point on the Westerly boundary of said Lot 1 Lying 15.00 feet Southerly of said Northwest corner; thence Northerly a distance of 15.00 feet to the Point of Beginning
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
