NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 12, 2012, and entered in 08-CA-018349(B) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hiilsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and KIRK DIEBOLD; TONYA DIEBOLD; DIAMOND HILL SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; DIAMOND HILL MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSORS OF AMSOUTH; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on NOVEMBER 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, DIAMOND HILL PHASE 1B UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
