H of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC., is the Plaintiff and KUYLER KEFFER; BRANDON BROOK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AMY KEFFER; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on NOVEMBER 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, BLOCK âFâ, PHASE IIIA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
