F, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and ANNETT F. FREDERIKSEN A/K/A ANNETT FRANK FREDERIKSEN A/K/A ANNETT FRANK FREDERIKSEN SCATURRO; ROY SCATURRO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the GEORGE E. EDGECOMB COURTHOUSE ON THE 2ND FLOOR, IN ROOM 202, 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET,TAMPA IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL, at 10:00 a.m. / 2:00 p.m., on the 3rd day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
