NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated September 24, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-000181, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC, is Plaintiff and KATHRYN MAYO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHRYN MAYO IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CHAD MCCHESNEY; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 13th day of November, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
SURVEY OF PART OF GOV LOT 6 LOT 12, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1700, PAGE 576, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
