NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2012 and entered in Case No. 12-CC-004999 Div. J, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein South Ridge of Tampa Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Oswaldo Orjuela is Defendant, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 30, 2012, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, Block 2, SOUTH RIDGE, PHASE 1 AND PHASE 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 85, Page 2, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
