The West ½ of the NE 1/4 of Tract 515, First Extension of RUSKIN COLONY FARMS, less the North 13 feet for road purposes, as per map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 24, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Together with a 1974 Fremont mobile home, ID # 3F52NJ36936A and 3F52NJ36936B, permanently attached to the real estate described herein. Property Address: 2905 14th Avenue SE, Ruskin, Florida 33570
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
