NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 202012, and entered in Case No. 48 2009 CA 022184 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, FSB AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B. is Plaintiff and INGRID P. DIAZ- QUINTERO; CARLOS A. DIAZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CENTRAL FLORIDA EDUCATORS FCU; CRYSTAL GLEN HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 1st day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 239, CRYSTAL GLEN UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 147 AND 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
