NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-008728-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, NA. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and RAMARA GARRETT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAMARA GARRETT IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOSE CAMPIS; JOHN DOE AND MAY DOE, AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; WATERFORD LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 15th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 111, HUCKLEBERRY FIELDS, TRACTS N-9 & N-10, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 138 THROUGH 140, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
