NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-033311 DIV. 33, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B is Plaintiff and TOMAS R. BONILLA; BLANCA E. MARTINEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; FIDELITY MORTGAGE SERVICES INCORPORATED; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 8th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK E, EVANS VILLAGE THIRD UNIT, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Z, PAGE 141, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
