NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 4, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 2008-CA-027175-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and REMY ZAMOR; DELMI DELEMOS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC.; COUNTRY RUN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/08/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 25, COUNTRY RUN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 89 - 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
