NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-016324-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and BARBARA F. YENTSCH; JACQUELINE O. WATSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELINE O. WATSON; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 11 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
the east 28 feet of lot 2 and the west 52.8 feet of lot 1, block a, brewer court, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book t, page 121, of the public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
