Unit 02 A03, The Vue at Lake Eola, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 9444, Page 3009, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, which as a street address of 150 E. Robinson Street, Unit #205, Orlando, Florida 32801.
has been filed against you in Orange County, Florida. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Grant G. Grubich, Esquire, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Shutts & Bowen LLP, 300 S. Orange Avenue, Suite 1000, Orlando, Florida 32801, 30 days after first date of publication, or before November 17, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, showing what right, title, interest, or lien defendant has in or to the property described in the Complaint, and to show cause why that property should not be taken for the uses and purposes set forth in the petition. If any defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint herein.
