Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 8, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
unit no. 410, lake virginia condominium, according to the declaration of condominium dated april 12, 1990 and recorded on april 24, 1990, in official records book 4177, pages 2389 through 2432, and any amendments filed thereto, and condominium book 16, page(s) 146, public records of orange county, florida.
and commonly known as: 690 osceola ave apt 410, winter park, fl 32789; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on December 3, 2012 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
