YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed for the purpose of foreclosing any interest that you have in real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is located in orange county, florida, to wit;
condominium unit 328, the metropolitan at lake eola, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium recorded in official records book 7630, page 3798, of the public records of orange county, florida, together with an undivided interest in the elements as set forth in the declaration for the metroploitan at lake eola, a condominium, together with the exclusive right to the use of parking space #169 as set forth in the declaration.
Also known as: 151 WASHINGTON STREET #328, ORLANDO, FL 32801.
This action has been filed against you as a Defendant, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff's attorney, DUMAS & MCPHAIL, L.L.C., whose address is DUMAS & MCPHAIL, L.L.C., 126 Government Street (36602). Post Office Box 870, Mobile, AL 36601 on or before 30 days from date of first publication of this notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately hereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
