DIFABIO; TENANT #1 N/K/A KATHY OWENS; TENANT #2 N/K/A DEADRA MATTHEW are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/08/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
