NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 9, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 48 2009 CA 003451 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein JPMorgan Chase bank NA11, is the Plaintiff and FREIDA K. JONES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; SUNTRUST BANK; ROBINSON HILLS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/09/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
