ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-14, is the Plaintiff and YVETTE PARK; AUDUBON VILLAS AT HUNTER'S CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/09/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
