NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 15, 2010, in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-023449-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein SunTurst Mortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and CHARLES COLON, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of November, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Building 4160, Unit 7, Palmas Altas, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded on October 15, 2007, if Official Records Book 9471, Page 2435, Public Records of Orange County, Florida and all amendments and supplements thereto, along with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
