CUT THE CHECK LLC N/K/A CUT THE CHECK II, LLC, a Florida limited liability company,
Defendant.
Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on November 9, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property:
Lot 55, GRASSY POINT ESTATES, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 76-A through 76-D, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with the right to use Dock Space 24-C as an appurtenance to said Lot 55
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida in Civil Action No. 09-0624 CC, Grassy Point Yacht Club, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Cut the Check LLC n/k/a Cut the Check II, LLC, Defendant.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
